Terms of use

The terms on which Nanatec Limited makes this website available, and how they relate to the agreements that govern our client engagements.

Effective 20 August 2026

About these terms

These terms govern your use of https://nanatec.co.ke. By using this site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Use of this site

You may browse this site and use its forms to contact us. You may not:

  • Use the site in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure, or any connected system
  • Interfere with the availability of the site for other users
  • Submit false, misleading, or third-party personal data through our forms without authority to do so

Content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content of this site — text, layout, graphics, and code — belongs to Nanatec Limited or is used with permission. Client names, product names and screenshots shown in our project and case study pages remain the property of their respective owners and are shown to identify work we have delivered.

Ownership of the intellectual property created during a client engagement is determined by the engagement agreement for that project, not by these terms.

Enquiries and engagements

Nothing on this site — including described capabilities, indicative timelines, or figures shown on service pages — constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a contractual commitment. Work is undertaken only under a signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement, and where those documents conflict with this site, those documents prevail.

Availability and service levels

We work to keep this website available but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to it, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Availability commitments for platforms we build or operate — including any uptime target, response time, or support window — apply only where they are stated in a signed service agreement for that engagement. Figures published on this site are targets we design to, not a service level guaranteed to any reader of the site.

Third-party links

This site links to platforms operated by our clients and to third-party services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability arising under a client engagement is governed by the agreement for that engagement.

Personal data

Our handling of personal data is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms and sets out your rights under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
